Trivalent has been working for the last 5 years to take our Windows based software systems to the Web. The problem with slow servers, slow internet connections, sketchy VPN connections and the constant need to keep everything up to date with the newest software releases is a thing of the past.

Trivalent Data Systems has retooled and upgraded their popular SDS solution, TECIS, to handle all of the demands of GHS. The open format design allows the user to create new SDS and labels for all of the WHMIS and GHS requirements.

Our new GHS version is offered as a Cloud Based Solution. Your entire system is hosted by Trivalent Data Systems. Daily backups, redundant internet connections, fall back servers and offsite PDF storage locations are used to ensure the least amount of downtime possible. This Web hosted solution ensures that our customers are always on the latest release of our TECIS product and that all upgrades to operating systems and programming languages are done on a regular basis.

Remote Access- Your SDS authoring will now be available to you wherever you have an internet connection. Remote office and warehouse locations no longer have to rely on overloaded VPN networks or screen sharing software. Using the SDS Portal, your mobile workforce will be able to view, download and email SDS from their portable devices such as iPads, Galaxy tablets and smart phones. If it has an internet browser, chances are it will work with TECIS.
